About Thamesdown Recycling

Thamesdown Recycling is a family run business that was founded more than 30 years ago by Jeremy Freeth.

Thamesdown Recycling stands out from the crowd, being a major force in recycling, providing a Complete Recycling Service, and a pioneer in secure product destruction in the UK with over 30 years of experience.

The business was originally set up to collect and recycle glass bottles and jars from local companies and authorities around Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and other surrounding areas. Thamesdown rapidly expanded its collection services to include cans, cardboard, plastic, paper and film.

Operating from a fully-licensed and environmentally compliant, purpose built site which is secure and fully maintained. The facility supports a number of dedicated departments utilising state-of-the art equipment together with secure storage, CCTV and our own fleet of collection vehicles.

Due to the ever-demanding needs of organisations across public and private sectors, New solutions are being developed all the time to ensure clients receive a reliable and sustainable bespoke service. This has resulted in Thamesdown Recycling being a major force within materials recovery and Secure Product Destruction throughout the UK.

Our expertise is continually evolving, with staff who have worked and grown with the recycling and waste management industry, which enables us to confidently offer a successful service for a wide range of materials and products to many different business sectors.
