We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our successful family run business.
- Immediate start for the right candidate,
- Salary – Competitive
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Full time permanent employment.
What the role will entail:
- To provide full support to the weighbridge operator, to provide cover in their absence, including daily breaks and annual leave.
- Be the first port of call to answer all incoming phone calls.
- Complete any general day to day administration.
- Provide support to sale department.
- Data entry via Excel.
- Responsibility for post room function and franking.
- Oversee office stationery supplies.
- Provide point of contact for external IT supplier.
- Sort and file company records.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in an office administrator role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel & Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience, face to face, or over the telephone
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on own initiative
