We’re going Limited!

Here at Thamesdown Recycling, we have been working towards becoming a Limited company for a while. Jeremy Freeth, our proprietor, had been laying the groundwork for the move to Ltd, and was handing over much of the responsibilities to his daughters, Rosie and Georgina, with the intention of taking a step back from the day-to-day running of the business. Following the sudden loss of Jeremy in April 2024, the Limited Company process was delayed and several necessary steps were added to the process before the move could be complete.

Since April we’ve changed the name and bank details twice; we moved immediately to “The Executors of Jeremy Mark Freeth T/A Thamesdown Recycling” and in December to “Sue Freeth T/A Thamesdown Recycling”. We are pleased to tell you the final changes are on the way.

On the 1st April 2025 we will be operating as “Thamesdown Recycling Limited”, this will be accompanied by changes to our bank details and all our licenses.

This has been a challenging period for the family and the Business, getting everything in order and working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything working as normal while ensuring all the legal obligations and proper procedures are met through the change.

Thank you to all our clients and customers for your understanding and patience as we’ve navigated this process, we hope we’ve kept any disruption to a minimum.

We look forward to working with you in this new chapter for Thamesdown Recycling Ltd.
